Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Striv AI, Inc. ("Striv," "we," or "us") provides AI governance services including compliance advisory, trust audits, virtual compliance teams, certification programs, and assessment tools (collectively, the "Services") through striv.ai and related properties.

2. Pricing and Payment

• Prices for Services are listed on the applicable service pages
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Enrollment in certification programs and purchase of assessment reports are final
• Service engagements (Trust Audit, Governance as a Service) are scoped and priced individually

3. Service Delivery

• Certification and assessment products are delivered digitally upon purchase
• Service engagements begin upon execution of a statement of work
• Support is available at partner@striv.ai

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use the Services only for lawful purposes
• Not reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any Striv materials, assessments, or certification content
• Not resell or sublicense your access to any Striv product or service
• Provide accurate information in all assessments and forms

5. Intellectual Property

All content, assessments, curriculum, methodologies, and tools provided through Striv are the intellectual property of Striv AI, Inc. Certification credentials are issued to individuals and are non-transferable. Assessment results are provided for the personal or organizational use of the purchaser and may not be redistributed.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Striv is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Governance advisory, compliance assessments, and certification programs are professional services based on current standards and best practices. In no event shall Striv be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

7. Data and Privacy

We collect only data necessary to provide the Services. Your organizational data, assessment responses, and engagement materials remain your property. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Our full Privacy Policy is available at striv.ai/privacy.

8. Termination

For ongoing service engagements, either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Certification enrollment and assessment purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Upon termination of a service engagement, we will provide all completed work product and evidence documentation.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as our Services evolve. Active clients and certified practitioners will be notified of any material changes.
